HANDLING FEES

In 2012 the handling fee for phone and internet sales is $5.00 per transaction. Subscribers will not be charged a handling fee at the time of booking their subscription, however additional ticket purchases during the season will incur a $5.00 booking fee.

REFUND POLICY

Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase except as provided for in The Entertainment Industry Code of Fair Practice.

TICKETING INFORMATION

Throughout the year we offer the following services through our Box Office, which is staffed by our friendly, well-informed team.

SUBSCRIBER TICKET EXCHANGES

Subscribers are entitled to one free exchange per production, but we ask that you respect the following conditions:

After making a reservation for a new date by phone, the ticket must be returned to the Ensemble Theatre Box Office no later than 48hrs prior to the performance you are exchanging out of or into, whichever is sooner. The reservation will be held for 7 days only.

• Exchanges made less than 48hrs prior to the performance are considered late and incur an exchange fee of $5.00 per ticket. The cut-off time for late exchange is 12 noon (for an evening performance on the same day) or COB (for a matinee the following day).
• Tickets may only be exchanged to another performance within the same production.
• An upgrade fee will be charged if exchanging into a higher priced performance.
• You can exchange more than once, but secondary exchanges incur a fee of $5.00 per ticket.
• Ticket exchanges are subject to availability.

NON –SUSBSCRIBER EXCHANGES

Non-subscribers may exchange tickets within the same production at a cost of $6.00 per ticket. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be made no later than 48hrs prior to the performance you wish to change. Exchanges within the 48hr period are considered late and will incur a late exchange fee of $5.00 per ticket.

MISSED YOUR PERFORMANCE?

It happens to the best of us! Whether by accident or because of an emergency, we understand that missing a performance can sometimes happen. We can provide make-up tickets to another performance of the same play for $25.00 per ticket (excluding Saturday evenings and subject to availability).

Original and intact tickets from the missed performance must be returned to the Box Office to secure make-up tickets. Missed performance tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged to another production.
